Procedural features and tactics of using of special knowledge during investigation of corruption crimes

Abstract
It is considered procedural features and tactics of using of special knowledge during investigation of corruption crimes. Correlation of provisions of criminalistics and criminal process under using of special knowledge is studied, a system of special knowledge and its components is analyzed. It is given criminalistical recommendations and suggestions on changing and supplementing of criminal procedure legislation.
