PROCEDURE FOR MAKING CHANGES AS A RESULT OF REGULATING THE PROCESSES OF OPERATION OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The purpose of the paper is to determine the procedure of making changes at the enterprise through the regulation of operation activity of the enterprise. As a result of the study, there are formalized the representations of changes at the enterprise, which are aimed to eliminate the deviations, which have been disclosed at the previous stages of managing. A research of the optimal structure of the distribution of resources was obtained at the article. This helps to obtain a vector of structural coefficients, which gives a possibility to determine the optimal distribution of resources of the enterprise according to its economic activity. The optimization task, which is used in Markovits investment portfolio theory, is proposed. This task helps to determine the structural coefficients of distribution of investment resources between the directions of enterprise’s economic activity. The obtained formalized results allow form an automatized system for making regulatory decisions on optimizing the production portfolio of the enterprise.
