Procession Analysis of the Skills of Texts Understanding for Primary School Children with Mental Retardation

Abstract

The article is described with the psychological and methodological approaches to the problem of formation of text comprehension in pupils with mental retardation, in particular draws attention to the importance of understanding the procession analysis of the text. In modern science, the understanding of the mechanism is defined as the activity that is implemented in the plane of cognitive functions and contains procedural and efficient components. Understanding of the text takes place at different levels (syntactic, semantic) and indirect speech and thinking function, personal experiences and sensory processes. The aggregate level, components and operations involved in the process of understanding the text, make up the structure of understanding. Accordingly, the formation of understanding of the text by students becomes more difficult in the presence of cognitive impairment that occurs in the case of mental retardation. Work on understanding the text would require the teacher implementation of structural analysis of text comprehension by pupils, accounting data on the structure of the process of understanding about the features of cognitive activity and mastering features of the structural components of understanding of the text by pupils with mental retardation, as well as the correlation of these data with modern didactical and methodological approaches about learning to read children with defects of cognitive activity.
