Production of Biodegradable Plastic from Waste Using Microbial Technology

Abstract

Waste generated from agriculture industry, dairy industry, oil industry can be used as a raw material for the production of PHA using the microbial technology. PHA can also be further converted in to PHB by adapted indigenous microorganism using scaleup process technique the plastic material such as PHB will be a good sources of raw material generated of waste for the production of plastic goods. The PHB- Biodegradable plastic goods will be compatible for biodegradation. This will saw to substitute the bioplastic using waste as a wealth.
