Production or putting into circulation of cards or other false payment instruments: comparative law study

Abstract
In this scientific approach is subject to comparative analysis the offense of production or putting into circulation of cards or other false payment instruments provided to art. 237 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Moldova in accordance with the criminal laws of foreign states. The similarities and differences between the offense stipulated in art. 237 PC and the similar ones from the criminal law of some foreign states are highlighted. There are some imperfections punctuated of which suffers art. 237 PC. Taking into account the good practices in the matter conferred by incriminating rules enshrined in the criminal law of some foreign states, several recommendations are proposed to improve the text of art. 237 PC and, implicitly, to facilitate the process of application of criminal law to concrete practical cases.
