Productive Comparative Angst: Comparative Literature in the Age of Multiculturalism

Abstract

The following is Turkish translation of Linda Hutcheon’s article "Productive Comparative Angst: Comparative Literature in the Age of Multiculturalism". Through the article Hutcheon describes the problems that the comparative literature faces as a discipline, as they are described in ACLA's Bernheimer report. Although the article and the report is written in 1990s, the relevance of the subject is still valid. I believe The Turkish translation will contribute to the advancement of the field in Turkey.
