PRODUCTIVITY PARADOX IN POLISH FOOD INDUSTRY – ASPECT OF DEBT OF ENTERPRISES

Abstract

The paper presents the results of one aspect of the productivity paradox in the Polish food processing sector investigations. The effect of modern logistics and ICT solutions using on the corporate debt level. The study was conducted in groups of employees and industries. Obtained results indicate that this aspect of the productivity paradox applies to groups of companies with less complexity of logistics networks. Therefore, modern logistics and ICT solutions using in the food industry for companies with greater complexity of logistics translates into better management of financial resources and the functioning based primarily on equity capitals.<br/><br/>
