Profesionalization of management personnelas as a factor of modernization of the system of the public management and administration in Ukraine

Abstract
The article reveals the current trends in the professional training of future managers and administrative cadres of Ukraine in conditions of fundamental transformation of the state on the path to sustainable development, reform of the system of professional training of public servants and modernization of the domestic system of higher education with the aim of increasing the efficiency of public management and administration. In addition, the article highlights the features of professional training for masters in specialty 281 “Public Administration and Management” at the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine.
