PROFESSIONAL AND PEDAGOGICAL COMPETENCE OF THE TEACHER IN THE PROFESSIONAL SELF-EMPLOYMENT SYSTEM

Abstract
In the article, after analyzing and summarizing the main positions of the researchers of the competence approach in vocational education, vocational and postgraduate education (postgraduate education and selfeducation), it was ascertained that they are united by the following dominant characteristics: the subject's position of a specialist, which determines the ability to systemic, permanent professional, personal self-development; variability; A competent professional is able to adapt effectively to constantly changing conditions.
