PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE AND SELF-REALIZATION OF FUTURE PSYCHOLOGISTS IN TRANSFORMATION SOCIETY

Abstract
In the article the problem of formation of professional competence of the future role of the psychologist and professional fulfillment in the process is under consideration. The theoretical analysis of studies on the role of professional self-realization of psychologist in building a professional way and psychological mechanisms of professional growth and success in their future careers are hifglighted. Basic approaches to professional fulfillment of future specialists are characterized. Psychological mechanisms and determinants of professional self-realization and their function in the formation of professional competence of future psychologist have been determined.
