Professional training features of future rural green tourism specialists in Ukraine

Abstract

In article the main problems of professional training of specialists for rural green tourism as priority industry in the conditions of transformation of domestic economy are analysed.The condition of scientific research in the field of training of future specialists in the organization of rural green tourism, self-development and self-education of owners’ and workers’ private households is described. The problem of a variety of determinations of a concept "rural green tourism in regulatory legal acts and publications of scientists, associations of the specified term with other categories of different levels is revealed ("agro tourism"), oppositions or its divisions into the separate directions ("rural" and "green"). Industry standards of vocational training as "An agent on the organization of tourism" and the higher education for the educational and qualification level "junior specialist", in the direction of preparation 6.140103 "tourism", and also educational andprofessional programs on the basis of the specified standards are analysed. Possibilities of higher educational institutions І - ІІ accreditation levels are determined by training of specialists on development of rural tourism. The main ways of efficiency increase for tourism education as premises of development of the industry are designated: providing basic knowledge and skills toowners of the estates and service personnel concerning their direct activity; differentiation of system of professional tourist education which will allow toconsider essential differences and features of the tourist industry in different regions; implementation of discipline "organization of rural green tourism".
