Профессиональная подготовка как основа качества будущих специалистов

Abstract
В данной статье представлена информация об этапах формирования профессиональных качеств у будущих учителей, психолого–педагогические условия, обеспечивающие эффективность формирования профессиональных качеств у будущих педагогов, а также раскрыта модель требований, отражающая профессиональные качества. В заключении прводится вывод, что современный подход к проблеме развития и совершенствования формирования профессиональных качеств будущего специалиста состоит в том, что обучение рассматривается как саморазвитие и самосовершенствование на основе собственных действий.
