PROFITABILITY OF AN ENTERPRISE: THE ESSENCE AND EFFICIENCY OF MANAGEMENT

Abstract
The essence of concepts of “profit” and “profitability” is considered in the article. The mechanism of profit generation is determined. Financial results of Ukrainian enterprises are analysed. The stages, analytical and accounting aspects of enterprise profit management are considered. Methods of increasing profitability are determined.
