Abstract
A public production is the difficult system in which both public and natural processes are organically. Ukraine has considerable and powerful enough potential for the increase of production of agricultural goods. An increase of grain prodaction is basis of realization of global mission of Ukraine. A state policy in relation to surplus of grain must result to the bloom agrarian-food spheres, financially money stability, power independence and world leadership.
