PROGNOSTIC TECHNOLOGY OF ECONOMIC-INVESTMENT DEVELOPMENT IN REGIONS

Abstract
Тhe algorithm of construction of the economic-mathematical model of forecasting of regional indicators of economic and investment development is explored in the article. It is determined that the estimation of changes and reactions of indicators of a regional economy to the challenges and threats of the global economic system is, first of all, in the formation of forecasts based on the detection of delays with which the reaction takes place. In the course of the study, the main stages of assessing the impact of changes in the world economy on indicators of economic and investment development at the regional level are determined. It was established that the main advantage of the proposed algorithm for constructing an economic-mathematical model is to identify negative changes in the world market conditions for state forecasting purposes. In particular, the most important for forecasting is the identification of crisis trends in world markets, which are reflected through world indicators.
