ПРОГНОЗУВАННЯ ЯК БАЗОВА ФУНКЦІЯ УПРАВЛІННЯ АДАПТИВНИМ РОЗВИТКОМ

Abstract
In the current economic conditions on enterprises and organizations has significantly increased the influence of environmental factors, many of which are uncontrollable. The variability of the environment entails the development of tools and methodological aspects of forecasting economic situation of industrial enterprises in the face of uncertainty. In the case of Ukrainian companies mostly operate in this mode playback support and do not pay enough attention to their innovative development activities and expanded reproduction. In connection with this urgent problem today is the development of effective scientific and methodological approaches to adaptive management development industry. As part of the proposed research approach to forecasting the possibility of adapting the industrial enterprise to external changes. Feasibility discussed aspects of the methodology of adaptive enterprise development enhances the effectiveness of its work and improve the economic situation by controlling parameters forecasting. The approach proposed in the study, can together solve the problem of determining the demand for the products of industrial enterprises, as well as strategic and tactical tasks of forecasting and planning in terms of adaptive technological change.
