ПРОГНОЗУВАННЯ ВИБОРУ МЕТОДУ ХІРУРГІЧНОГО ВТРУЧАННЯ ПРИ УСКЛАДНЕНИХ ГОСТРИХ ПСЕВДОКІСТАХ ПІДШЛУНКОВОЇ ЗАЛОЗИ

Abstract
Next analyzed the results of surgery 56 patients operated on acute complications were treated in municipal health care "Regional Hospital - Center for Emergency Medicine and Disaster Medicine", Kharkiv. For modeling and forecasting method of choice of surgical treatment used multivariate statistical techniques: agglomerative and cluster analysis, discriminant analysis, classification tree. Prediction of treatment outcome for each type of operation defined maximum value "qualification" function. Conducting laparoscopy for acute pancreatic pseudocyst in cluster 1 with maximum probability end result of 3 (21 bed day without postoperative complications) or from 1 (14 bed day without postoperative complications) less likely. When conducting operations typical result miniinvasive 1 (14 bed day without postoperative complications). For patients assigned to cluster 2, laparotomy most likely outcome 1 (14 bed day without postoperative complications), the less likely outcome 5 (14 to 21 bed day without complications). In mini-invasive operations the opposite picture: the likely outcome 5 (14 to 21 bed day without complications), the less likely outcome 1 (14 bed day without postoperative complications).
