PROJECT OF THE LABOR CODE OF UKRAINE AND LEGAL STATUS OF URGENT EMPLOYEES

Abstract
The article is devoted to the research of part-time employment of workers under the draft Labor Code of Ukraine. The legislative aspects of the legal status of part-time workers are revealed and their comparison is made according to the current Labor Code and the proposed project.
