Abstract
The article analyzes the legislative changes regarding the representation by the public prosecutor of the interests of the state in court in connection with the adoption of new editions of the procedural codes of Ukraine. Some representative powers of the prosecutor in the court of economic, civil, administrative jurisdiction are characterized. The proposals for improving the legal regulation of this important prosecutorial activity have been worked out.
