PROMJENA RITMA KAO FAKTOR SMANJIVANJA OPTIMALNIH AEROBNIH SPOSOBNOSTI

Abstract

Većina sportskih rezultata zavisi od nivoa psihofizičkih osobina, i od poznavanja tehničkih dostignuća u datom sportu. U tom smislu su se studije taktičkih mogućnosti u sportu razvile skoro do savršenstva. Između ostalih mogućnosti, i faktor promjene ritma je našao svoje mjesto u sportskoj taktici. Ovaj faktor je aktuelan za sportove, gdje se zahtijeva najviši nivo aerobnih kapaciteta, u koje spadaju: - Sva slobodna trčanja od 800 metara naviše. - Sva trčanja na skijama, od 2000 metara naviše. - Sve klizačke discipline od 500 metara naviše. - Sve plivačke discipline, od 50 metara naviše. - Sve biciklističke trke od 1000 metara naviše. - Sve veslačke discipline. - Sve repetitivne vježbe do otkaza.
