PROMOTION AS AN ELEMENT OF MARKETING IN SPORTING EVENT

Abstract
The events are hap pe ning at the pre sent ti me on mil lion dif fe rent tv and ra dio stati ons. Every mar ke ter sho uld be awa re of that, each and every mar ke ter in si tu a ti ons li ke this is using dif fe rent ele ments of mar ke ting mix, such as: adver ti sing, per so nal sa les, promotio nal de ve lop ment, pu bli city and pu blic re la ti ons, and of co ur se di rect mar ke ting. Or ga ni zers of spor ting events are using many dif fe rent ways to bring in vi si tors. By using mar ke ting mix good po si tion and de sign of event is se cu red, and of co ur se visi tors are gu a ran teed. Pro mo tion is by de fi ni tion one of the ele ments of mar ke ting mix. This work is ex plo ring pro mo tion go als, ra ti o nal usa ge of me ans, and usa ge of in ter net as an me dia in pro mo tion of spor ting event.
