PROPOZYCJE METODYK BADANIA UŻYTECZNOŚCI INTERFEJSÓW APLIKACJI

Abstract
Wraz z rozwojem światowej sieci www tworzonych jest coraz więcej aplikacji internetowych o różnorakim charakterze – od czysto rozrywkowych, poprzez serwisy społecznościowe, na rozbudowanych systemach bazodanowych skończywszy. Warto jednak zauważyć, że nieintuicyjnyinterfejs użytkownika może okazać się o wiele większą przeszkodą dla niedoświadczonego użytkownika niż błędy w kodzie. Niniejszy artykuł stanowi próbę analizy metodyk wykorzystywanych do badania jakości użytkowej interfejsów aplikacji internetowych oraz stworzenia ich spójnego zbioru.
