The Cittaslow movement promotes a “good quality of life”. The organization brings together small towns from all countries of the world, including Poland where the majority of Cittaslow towns are located in the Region of Warmia and Mazury. The region also abounds in many candidate towns, including Morąg, for which a case study was conducted. An attempt was made to evaluate Morąg’s potential and ability to meet Cittaslow certification requirements.
