Prosthetic rehabilitation in the patient after maxillectomy due to neoplasm using milled bar supported on dental endosseous implants

Abstract
Nowadays, dental implants are the most widely used form of rehabilitation of patients with missing teeth. Surgical treatment of tumors within the middle floor face significantly changes the prosthetic area. The use of endosseous implants in patients after resection of maxilla to achieve satisfactory results in rehabilitation despite the adverse conditions of the prosthetic base. This paper describes the rehabilitation of patients after maxillectomy using overdenture with obturator. A milled bar supported on three implants is theelement for denture retention.
