Protection of the creditors rights - business entities in relation to insolvent banks: problem aspects

Abstract
The article deals with the problems of protection of the rights of creditors - subjects of management in relations with insolvent banks. Made the conclusion of need the eliminate the grounds for insolvency of banking institutions, increase the effectiveness of the supervision of the National Bank of Ukraine and the management functions of the Fund for the Guaranteeing of Individuals Deposits, reviewing the priority of satisfying the claims of creditors to the bankrupt bank, and consolidating the jurisdiction of commercial courts in relation to insolvency cases of banks.
