Protection of the right to collective bargaining by the European Court of Human Rights

Abstract
The article examines the practice of the European Court of Human Rights in cases of protection of the right to collective bargaining. The ECHR approaches to determining the legal nature of the right to collective bargaining are defined. Features of the protection of both positive and negative aspects of the right to collective bargaining are highlighted, the connection of the practice of the ECHR with the practice of national courts in cases concerning the protection of the right to collective bargaining is analyzed.
