ПРОТИМІКРОБНА ТА ПРОТИГРИБНА АКТИВНІСТЬ ЕФІРНИХ ОЛІЙ

Abstract
У статті наведені результати вивчення дії рослинних ефірних олій на мікроорганізми Васillus subtilis, Micrococcus luteus, Васillus cereus, Еscherichia coli, Salmonella cholerae suis, Streptococcus zooepidemicus, Staphilococcus aureus, Pasteurella multocida та визначення їх протигрибної активності на плісеневих грибах Penicillium citrinum, Penicillium urticae, Aspergillus flavus, та Aspergillus ochraceus.
