Protocol for Anthurium cubense Engler micropropagation from botanic seed
Journal Title: Biotecnología Vegetal - Year 2018, Vol 18, Issue 3
Abstract
The popularity of Anthurium cubense, like pot plant, every day it is increased. Likewise, it has begun to extend the line of cultivated products for their employment as foliage. However, the traditional propagation of this plant does not satisfy the whole demand that exists in the market. It becomes indispensable the use of tissue culture to increase the number of propagate plants. In this work, it was developed a protocol for the in vitro propagation of this specie from botanical seeds.
