Abstract
The implementation of an organizational structure together with functional manuals is of great importance as it is a guide to betterdevelop the functions of each position and appropriate a Good working environment of the company. The objective of the article is to present the proposal of an Organization Manual based on the problems that arise internally in the PHARMACEUTICAL DISTRIBUTOR MANABÍ S.A. company The research was descriptive, explanatory, with mixed methods. The techniques used were the survey, the interview and the observation. The instruments the questionnaire, the question script and the observation sheet. The population was conformed by the totality of workers of the company, being this 12 employees. The most relevant results showed 100% that the company does not have an organization or functions manual, 75% of the informants think that the administrative functions are notfulfilled, 13 respondents indicated that the existence of a manual is very important organization within the company, positively indicating 75%. Concluding that there is a need to design an Organization Manual which defines functions, lines of authority, responsibility and redesign the Organization Chart with profiles according to each area of the company
