Przedziurawienie wrzodu trawiennego w pierwszej pętli jelita czczego – opis przypadku

Abstract
Przedziurawienie w obrębie przewodu pokarmowego o etiologii nieurazowej zdarza się najczęściej w dwunastnicy i żołądku (wrzód trawienny) oraz w okrężnicy (zapalnie zmieniony uchyłek, rak, zmiany niedokrwienne). Perforacje jelita cienkiego należą do rzadkości. W pracy przedstawiono przypadek przedziurawienia w pierwszej pętli jelita czczego u pacjenta z wywiadem choroby wrzodowej dwunastnicy. Rozpoznanie patologii nie sprawiło trudności, a leczenie polegało na wycięciu owrzodzenia i zszyciu jelita. Pacjent wyzdrowiał bez powikłań, a badanie histopatologiczne nie ujawniło jednoznacznie charakteru zmiany, jednak ze względu na wywiad można przypuszczać, że miała ona charakter trawienny, co czyni opisywany przypadek bardzo rzadkim.
