Przydatność oznaczania w surowicy krwi stężeń interleukiny 6 (IL-6), metaloproteinaz i ich tkankowych inhibitorów w ocenie aktywności reumatoidalnego zapalenia stawów

Abstract
Celem niniejszej pracy była analiza korelacji pomiędzy stężeniem IL-6 w surowicy krwi a stężeniem metaloproteinaz (MMPs, matrix metalloproteinases) i ich tkankowych inhibitorów (TIMPs, tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinases) oraz klinicznymi wskaźnikami aktywności choroby u pacjentów z reumatoidalnym zapaleniem stawów (RZS). Stężenia IL-6, kolagenozy 1 (MMP-1), stromelizyny 1 (MMP-3), żelatynazy B (MMP-9), TIMP-1 i TIMP-2 oznaczono w surowicy 32 chorych na RZS, opierając się na metodzie ELISA.
