Психо-емоційний статус щурів за умов дисфункції щитовидної залози

Abstract
Исследовалась спонтанная поведенческая активность белых крыс и концентрация глутамата, глицина и ГАМК в неокортексе в условиях экспериментального гипер- и гипотиреоза. Было установлено, что избыток тиреоидных гормонов сопровождался эмоциональным дефицитом и анксиолитическим эффектом по показателям уменьшения продолжительности груминга на 37%, увеличению количества переходов и времени пребывания в освещенных рукавах приподнятого крестообразного лабиринта (26% и 35%). Такие изменения поведения происходили на фоне увеличения концентрации ГАМК в неокортексе животных с экспери¬мен¬тальным гипертиреозом на 52% (р<0,05). Возможно, психо-эмоциональный статус организма модулируется тиреоидными гормонами через ГАМК-эргическую медиаторную систему неокортекса.
