Abstract
The paper shows the relationship between climatic phenomena and psychological events. Psychoclimatology includes pathological aspects, as well as therapeutic aspects. Climate may trigger the development of artistic works, prose,poetry, painting or music. Artists are especially sensitive to rain and wind.
