PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL BASIS FOR THE USE OF MOBILE TECHNOLOGIES IN TRAINING IT PROFESSIONALS

Abstract
In the realities of the present day computer technology combined with the Internet become essential educational tools that over time have become more portable, affordable, effective and easy to use, it opens up wide possibilities for their implementation in the educational process. In every modern institution, from school to institution of higher education, students are constantly using a variety of mobile devices, which leads to the emergence of the issue of the use of mobile technology in the process of professional training of spe- cialists. This article discusses the theoretical justification of psycho-pedagogical basis for the use of mobile technologies in training of it-specialists of the highest qualification.
