PSYCHOLOGICAL COMPETENCE IN THE STRUCTURE OF THE PERSONALITY OF MODERN PSYCHOLOGISTS

Abstract
The theoretical analysis of the problem of psychological competence as an important component of the personality of the psychologist is carried out in the article. Various views on the structure of the personality of the psychologist and the place in her of psychological competence are presented. The results of an empirical study of the structure of psychological competence are given. Internal components of psychological competence of the psychologist are formed by some individual properties and personal characteristics. In the process of individual development in the person, in particular, a professional psychologist, a holistic socio-psychological quality must be formed, which allows it tosuccessfully realize its internal potential, interact with other people, adequately address standard and, especially, non-standard tasks; feel the feeling of inner comfort and psychological security. This integral quality is defined as integral integral psychological competence of the individual. Psychological competence as an integral basic characteristic of a psychologist promotes the development of such qualities as favorable empathy settings and penetrating empathy in empathy, creates an atmosphere of openness and trust.
