Psychophysiological Studies in Extreme Environments

Abstract

This paper reviews the results from two studies that employed the methodology of multiple converging indicators (physiological measures, subjective self-reports and performance metrics) to examine individual diff erences in the ability of humans to adapt and function in high stress environments.
