PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT STATE AS A LABOR MARKET INFRASTRUCTURAL COMPOSITION

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the effectiveness of the State Employment Service and the study of the main indicators of the labor market in the regions of the country in recent years and in general in Ukraine. The authors suggest focusing on reorganizing the Service's organizational structure from a traditionally bureaucratic model into a modern service organization of a new type, which should act as an intermediary between the jobseeker and the employer.
