Public-private partnership: problem issues and strategic tasks in terms of smart-innovation development

Abstract
The article presents problematic issues of public-private partnership in the context of accelerated innovation development, the spread of smart technologies. The goals, types and strategic tasks of public-private partnership as a world-level phenomenon are described. Features of its dynamics in Ukraine are shown. The changes in the social responsibility of the private sector of the economy and the expected results of public-private partnership in its sectors and spheres.
