Public Property According to the New Civil Code

Abstract
This paper includes four parts. The first part analyzes the object of public property with the corresponding regulations in law, including holders of public property rights : state and territorial administrative units. The second and third part refer to the judicial characters of property rightand the modes to achieve this right. The last part covers the enforcement of property right through: administration, concession and give for use of goods included in the respective right.
