ПУБЛІЧНІСТЬ МІСТОБУДІВНОЇ ДОКУМЕНТАЦІЇ ЯК ПЕРЕДУМОВА ЕФЕКТИВНОГО ГРОМАДСЬКОГО КОНТРОЛЮ ЗА РОЗВИТКОМ

Abstract
У статті досліджено сутність децентралізації влади та особливості надання органами місцевого самоврядування публічних послуг. Багатьох порушень використання земель населеного пункту можна було б уникнути, якби місцева влада дотримувалась положень Генерального плану, а громадяни знали про їх зміст і також стежили за їх виконанням. Зазначений документ є тією містобудівною документацією, що визначає принципові вирішення розвитку, планування, забудови та іншого використання території населеного пункту.
