Abstract
<p><em>Статтю присвячено з’ясуванню сутності та функціонального навантаження правових форм публічно-приватного партнерства в умовах сучасної ринкової економіки. Окреслено дефекти правового забезпечення відносин публічно-приватного партнерства, розроблено деякі пропозиції щодо їх усунення. Проаналізовано реальний стан правового регулювання публічно-приватного партнерства, розглянуто його недоліки та шляхи їх усунення. </em></p>
