Пути повышения роли рынка ценных бумаг в финансировании экономики Азербайджана

Abstract
Рассматриваются вопросы повышения роли рынка ценных бумаг в Азербайджане. Выполнен анализ за последние годы финансирования экономики и хождения ценных бумаг, особое внимание уделяется корпорациям ивложении инвестиций в акции и облигации компании. Выделяются сдерживающие факторы и определяются автором пути решения современных проблем в этой области. Делается вывод о том, что существует необходимость совершенствования механизма государственного регулирования развития акционерных обществ в стране.
