QoS Analysis of the Integrated UMTS and WLAN Ad Hoc Network in different Security Schemes with Wormhole Attack under large Scalability for CBR Voice Interactive Traffic
Journal Title: International Journal on Computer Science and Engineering - Year 2016, Vol 8, Issue 7
Abstract
The selection of security schemes against Wormhole Attack (WHA) in next generation heterogeneous networks is based on major factors: authentication, confidentiality, and integrity and data availability. The effect of this active threat on Quality of Service (QoS) of the Integrated Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (UMTS) and Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) Ad Hoc network can be minimized by a suitable secure routing protocol. The aim of this work is to analyze QoS of the Integrated UMTS and WLAN network for Constant Bit-Rate (CBR) voice messaging, interactive traffic under a secure distance vector routing protocol with various security schemes under WHA. This paper compares them on the basis of QoS metrics.

Solving Travelling Salesman Problem using Clustering Genetic Algorithm
Solving NP hard problem like Travelling Salesman Problem (TSP) is a major challenge faced by analysts even though many techniques are available. Many versions of Genetic Algorithms are introduced by researchers to improv...
PRE-DIAGNOSIS OF LUNG CANCER USING FEED FORWARD NEURAL NETWORK AND BACK PROPAGATION ALGORITHM
Cancer is the most important cause of death for both men and women. The early detection of cancer can be helpful in curing the disease completely. So the requirement of techniques to detect the occurrence of cancer nodul...
Automated Load Shedding Period Control System (An effective way to reduce human effort)
Energy is the basic necessity for the economic development of a country. Many functions necessary to present-day living grind to halt when the supply of energy stops. It is practically impossible to estimate the actual m...
Fuzzy Optimal Solution to Fuzzy Transportation Problem: A New Approach
In this paper we propose a new algorithm for the initial fuzzy feasible solution to a fully fuzzy transportation problem. Then by using fuzzy version of modified distribution method, we obtain the fuzzy optimal solution...
An Evident Theoretic Feature Selection Approach for Text Categorization
With the exponential growth of textual documents available in unstructured form on the Internet, feature selection approaches are increasingly significant for the preprocessing of textual documents for automatic text cat...
