QSAR MODELING OF BENZOXAZINE-3-ONES DERIVATIVES AGAINST CANDIDA KRUSEI

Journal Title: International Research Journal of Pharmacy (IRJP) - Year 2013, Vol 4, Issue 12

Abstract

QSAR Study on the inhibition of Candida krusei by Benzoxazine-3-ones derivative using several physiochemical descriptors was performed. Antifungal activity for 16 Benzoxazine-3-ones derivatives was modeled by using multiple regression procedure. The best model is selected r2 = 0.9985, adjusted r2 = 0.9981. The result obtained from QSAR studies could be used in designing better antifungal agent.
