Qualitative assessment of the use of labor potential of the enterprise

Abstract
The article is devoted to the development of scientific-methodical bases of the estimation of employment potential employees through the application of qualitative method. Proposed assessment on the following criteria: work quality, organizational skills, job potential, cooperation, social responsibility. Given the characteristics of social responsibility. The results of approbation of estimates of using a labour potential at machine-building enterprises and defines its reserves.
