QUALITY MANAGEMENT OF LABOR RESOURCES UNDER THE REQUIREMENTS OF INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS ISO

Abstract
The article considers important factors of influence on the quality of labor resources. Conceptual recommendations on the improvement of personnel management are presented. Principal approaches to TQM are determined from the point of view of its application in the personnel management of international ISO standards and motivational components.
