Quality Management of the Hotel Enterprises in Ukraine

Abstract
The paper proposed the establishment of quality management systems of hotel companies, based on the principles of total quality management (TQM). Author has adapted the principles of quality management in hospitality industry activity and develop specific recommendations for the implementation of quality management systems in enterprises of hotel industry in Ukraine.
