Quality of life in the management of social reproduction

Abstract
Particularly relevant, in our view, become studies of the effect of quality of life on the direction and impact of social reproduction. The Purpose of the article is to reveal the close links between quality of life and social reproduction that will improve the efficiency of their management. Methodology of research. The objectives of the article implemented by using the following research methods: formal logic, systematic approach, organizational approach. Findings. Conditions, in which human life flows, formed under the influence of attitudes, perceptions of quality of life. Quality of life is a fundamental characteristic of civilization, its development paradigm. Phenomenon the quality of life manifests itself in the social production of various essential forms: as a reference, as a criterion, as a goal, as a factor and as a result. Quality of life has a systemic impact on social reproduction and at the same time is a result of it. Switching to a new level of development is possible under the auspices of the quality of life as the most important values of human existence. Practical value. Quality of life is a factor in the development of national administrative decisions, which is closely linking all social and economic processes and play a role criterion harmonize essential elements of the dynamics of socio-economic system. The article highlights two main types of policies to improve the quality of life: creative, based on the expanded reproduction of aggregate social wealth through the involvement of additional resources and the realization of potential abilities, appropriate innovation-humanistic strategy of socio-economic development; and redistribution, based on the total social redistribution of wealth and involvement of additional resources to cost ratio corresponding to the socio-economic stagnation.
