Quality Of Management, Control And Organizational Monitoring. Case Study: Red Textil Guayas

Abstract
In the current dynamics, companies must increase their organizational capacity to respond to their environment, or try to develop a managerial management control capacity that reduces the complexity of that environment. That is why the objective of this research is to train the personnel of the Guayas Textile Network, in quality of management, control and organizational monitoring as a tool for optimal operation. This research was carried out from the perspective of positivism, with the quantitative paradigm, and a descriptive field modality. The population and the work sample was 50 people who work REDITEXS. The data collection that I carry out through the technique of observation and survey. The diagnosis showed that Reditexs do not have a quality supervision strategy, or control and monitoring of the organizational functioning, so the training is aimed at the development of a strategic plan and an annual operating plan as tools that guide quality management. Therefore, it is concluded that using the aforementioned strategies, the supervision of the quality of management, control and organizational monitoring is achieved, specifically in the Guayas Textile Network.
