QUARTERLY ESTIMATION OF ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY AND EXPORT STRUCTURE FOR KIROVOGRADSHCHYNA IN 2017–2018

Abstract
The four clusters of production leaders of Kirovogradshchyna are determined on the 2017–2018 data. The clusters cover less than a half of region districts. The districts-leaders do not need raw data generation. The estimates of parameters for Cobb–Douglas production functions are found upon computational data generation. The attainable export of region exceeds the observed one by 54%.
